Good evening RT, apple, earthie
yep, a lovely pootle
I haven't managed to get the shopping cleaned and away, but I've promised myself I'll do it over the weekend. I'm definitely all about clearing up and putting away and making a homey nest for myself, because frankly it sounds like I'll be in it for a while (blue shrieky smiley). Telling myself off a bit though, because I haven't been for a walk - its all very soggy out there, but a walk really helps me sleep. Unless its a cloudburst, I really need to go walking and just get changed when I come in.
I bought the kindle version of the Barbara Kingsolver Flight Behaviour book today, feels good to have done that. And gave my neighbour his card and his bottle of wineAlso rediscovered a big Kilner jar, 2 litre thing, unused, hiding in plain sight - I was using it to store some very old flour, which I planned to use to make those cutesy ornaments, the salt dough things. I changed my mind
and since the flour is about six years old, I've thrown it away - don't shoot me! I'll put the jar through the dw, and use it to store *useful* flour, which is still sitting in its 16kg sack upstairs

Computer has done me in - I wasn't closing it down, just putting it to sleep each night, while I catch up on editing bookmarks and making notes on a blog I'm using for The Novel ... but I moved the mouse in the wrong way, and I accidentally shut the browser. Distraught
Bedfordshire, here I come ...

Nope, absolutely terrible
awake till after 3, very unusual for me. Definitely going to get the blood pumping so I can sleep properly tonight
And since the streets are so busy at the weekend, that means gardening of some description ... my sister thinks I might benefit from skipping using the spare cord I have for the washing line, but I think not
though if the sky clears as it gets dark, I'll be off out for the Conjunction.

I think skipping is a great idea. I did a bit during lockdown 1. You can Do it anywhere and it’s free.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Oops, I missed your birthday, I do apologise! Happy birthday! Sorry to hear you had a rubbishy sleep. I was useless yesterday after a disturbed night, had some very realistic and odd dreams and was awake for a couple of hours from 4am, urgh. Fortunately slept right through last night though - hope you do the same tonight!
What's on the cards for today in the garden? I do lovely to hear your specific descriptions of what you're doingAlways reminds me that a little bit, done regularly, adds up to a lot, which I think is a very important lesson for all of us!
