Oh & happy new VC  :)
Thanks beanie :) Oh, it turns out we can't do multiquotes either :( Good grief, this is terrible ...
Madvix, RT - yep, because of my vac cleaner trip, by the time I got home, I had about 35 notifications of single posts!  Managed to log on, change password and then go to my profile to stop the notifications.  I've never *had* notifications, so its obviously a default.  Awful, but at least there's a way to stop it.  The lack of a "latest post" link means that the effort to get from thread to thread is considerable - really stops the experience from being enjoyable.  Though it was reported straight away, thats something.  I've never seen such a bad "update".
Anyway, I'm off to bed, that was quite a day  sleep well all.

Thanks SL, will miss my daily digests though... a bit of a backward step there. Greenbee that’s good to know... but I’ve often felt my phone needed the  ! 😂 At least we can still have a ☕️ and  🎂 though!

Haha, yes, although that kind of sums up how I feel about the forums! And I'm replying on computer (because I came to turn notifications off), so no access to decent smileys!
Sorry Karma, how's your day going?

I've discovered that the "Window" plus a full stop brings up emojis that are embedded in my (work) laptop! What's better than ☕ & 🍰? Definately 🍣 & 🍱!!! (Thanks to my adopted little sister at work who proudly showed me what she's accomplished when I asked if she'd finished her paperwork for the deadline! - Cheeky little thing 💖)
