Well done Alfie on the trees ..I looked at that link and they give away trees to schools but it has to have a grid ref and it's 4 football fields worth..I could do that If I handed out to all the Education people in the community but still they need a grid ref! I wonder if we could use my Mums garden ?

evening last night
so don't have to go water plants or seeds lol
had quite a few potted geraniums given
me yesterday so hopefully will be getting
those bedded in later today :j

It's the same here fire**fly! Had rain through the
night & now it's a lovely sunny day. Few clouds on the
horizon though so that'll be the April showers getting
ready!

Afternoon peeps I'm back lol. Had an awfull accident due to a boy racer. Another person was injured as well. I have a fractured hip and broken femur. we were not even in a car but walking on the pavement. Femur has a plate and load of screws but at least I am alive. (hope they throw the book at him when we go to court) Have been out of hospital for a week and I am now home. Sitting for a while is sore so I will be on but at times not replying. Hope everyone is well. Off to read back to see what you have all been up to and what you have won. DS is at sea at the moment but will b back in about a week before his long stint. Grandkids and daughter in law are ok. So is sis in Edinburgh. GD mothered me for the last week lol. Had to watch what I was saying. Only had to reach for something and she would say Gran I will get it for you. GS and I have been having a good time as well. We have the same sense of humour so we both have been laughing our heads off. I am thankfull to my DIL as she turned the dining room in to a bedroom for me and the downstairs toilet was mine and I could also have a good wash in there. Have a food delivery coming between 3 and 5 so all is good. Have a hospital appointment on Friday for a checkup.

:j managed to plant the geraniums out in the garden
before the hail started this afternoon so that was a good
job done though hope it warms up a bit tonight as its turned a wee bit chilly here!

Morning peeps. Cloudy and cold outside. Usual Scotland weather. Need some sun. DIL mum is coming down today so hopefully we will search through brochures to find a holiday in the med. A bit warmer than here. Hip is really stiff and sore but will get it working shortly. Leg is recovering quickly or is it hip. area is just sore thankfully not painfull just sore. Hope you are all well this morning.

Morning, well done on the wins ff. Your be ok for the vitamin D suppliments for a few months then..lol. Never heard of winning the same prize from 2 different mags.I had a mag win with Woman and Home,won a mixer and download for a book. Sons GF wanted a mixer as she bakes a lot so expect i will give it to her,seeing as i eat the cakes as well.
Welcome back rose, glad to hear you are on the mend now sounds a nasty accident you had there.Good to know you have family around to help you when needed.
I have just put the heating on for a while as really chilly here so hopefully it will warm the house up.They have said we will have sunshine and showers today so will have to wait and see weather it warms up outside later. Hope you all have a lucky day.
