Morning all,
Just popped in to see if everyone was coping with the weather.
Had a coating of snow here in Lancaster but all melted now thank goodness as we are heading through the Lakes soon. Going to Grange over Sands so DH can pick up a pie at the award winning Higginsons. Must admit they do some lovely ones so that will be lunch! Hoping to go to Wast Water to eat the pie and have a walk before heading to Cockermouth. Have been having a lovely time and the sun has been shining for us. Going to get colder tomorrow though.
Gosh rose fancy you not having snow. DD says it is snowing at home and she had bother getting to placement in Dumfries.
Must get organised.
Good luck to everyone and hope the weather won't be too bad.

:T Brilliant prize fire**fly and such a worthy cause. :A Very
well done! :T :jWell I have the biggest smile on my face. Ive had another Twitter win of a family ticket for Disney on Ice in Glasgow for the GKs in Scotland. I was not sure if they would let my ex DIL have the tickets but it did not say anything about being non transferable. Just heard theres no problem and they are going to email Dil with all the details. They also will ride in a Mermaid ship on the ice during the show. They are going to be so excited. When I contacted DIL she said GD had seen an advert for the show and had asked to go but the tickets are about £30 each. Family ticket over £100.
Dil said they had a great time at the Japanese Children film yesterday.
:T Excellent win leanfun! :j I saw the Disney on Ice gang
performing a brilliant routine on Sunday eve (Dancing on Ice,
ITV). Absolutely stunning to watch! :T
I'm sure your GKs will love it especially getting to ride in
the Mermaid Ship. I'm fairly jealous!:rotfl: Pleased they
enjoyed the Japanese film too.Morning peeps. No matter how long it has been wont have a snail facial. who wants a snail trail across their face. will slap mud and other things across but snail poo no. No matter how the skin experts say it is good for you.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I don't think I would mind the snails on
my face but I would definitely object to drinking my own
urine _pale_ which apparently is one of the 'delights' the
group were offered! Yuk! Really looking forward to
watching the programme tonight - '100 Years Younger in
21 Days' ITV. Great bunch of characters involved too!
Sounds as if you're both having a wonderful break sheils!
Have a lovely and lucky rest of the day all and please take
care whatever your plans.

Well woke up early her with the light coming in and looked out to find everywhere covered in snow. Just looked out front and saw a young man cycling through the snow in the middle of the road. Our road is eerily quiet for this time of morning.
Hope everyone is ok. Only go out if necessary.0 -
:hello: Good morning all
Still no snow here. Jack Frost paid a visit big time but
sun is shining away now. Absolutely freezing outside
though! Just been sorting the birdie baths out -
completely iced up.
leanfun - my son (lives in London) sent me a snowy
photo he'd taken this morning via messenger. Then my
daughter also sent the same and just received a short
video - it looks fairly deep up where they live (Lincs) &
the schools are now closed for the day.
Me thinks she'll be out with 4yr old today building a
snowman!
Have a lovely and safe day all, please take care
whatever your plans.
