    Hi all.

I'm home. Tired and sore but at least I can relax in my own home and sleep in peace without being disturbed all the time.
Thank you for all your good wishes.

Now just need to get back on plan

nothing like your own bed is there?

Personally I'd have a little of whatever you fancy for the next couple of days.

Glad you're back home Kathryn. I agree with GTS a little of what you fancy. You can get back on plan when you're feeling a bit better. Those meals you made prior to going into hospital are going to come into their own when you're ready.

Any goal is welcome og or otherwise.:D Have a good evening.:)
:T well done on your losses MrsR and dusty. Strange that you've both lost the same.:)

I had a very late lunch but the weather was so horrible, wet and windy when I was out I thought I'd prefer to wait and have it at home. I started today on 17.5 syns. It's a new week for me tomorrow so I could go mad but I don't think I will. I know you can't carry syns over more than a week but I'm out again tomorrow evening so don't want two greedy nights in a row plus I've done a bit of guesswork eating out. I'm going to use a little bit of Parmesan to top the hash. It gives a nice crust in the oven without using too many syns.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, ham
L: JP with cottage cheese and pickled cabbage
D: Austrian ham hash with kale and cabbage, yogurt & berries
    Syns: Parmesan?
