Unexpectedly high syns today due to poor range of lunch choices available when I had a three hour work meeting over lunch.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and wholemeal toast (HEB)
Lunch: Pret A Manger Italian chicken salad. (I couldn't find syns anywhere so my best guess is 11 based on Caesar salad dressing, pistachios and cheese. I didn't have the added vinaigrette)
Dinner: beef curry (4 syns) and rice

    Milk HEA

Back on the carrots ssm :rotfl:

I always opt for the salad Nicoise in Pret Nicki .it's my go to when I'm hungry in the city. It's free without the pot of dressing.
I had a glass of wine this evening. Enjoyed it but I'll be lucky to stay within syns this week. :(

I am, and I am in trouble. OH complained that he has done a stew for tomorrow, and cannot find the carrots in the fridge...... oops.

I have decided to buy a trouser suit for the registry part of the wedding. My last suit was a maternity one (i was not pregnant - just fat). Does anyone have any suggestions of where to get one from? I am thinking grey or black, with a bright top/shoes/bag. Then I can use it for work (I am wearing dresses at the mo when I should be in a suit). Thanks x

I think I have somehow managed to gluten myself as my stomach is still very bloated (DH says I look like I am having a baby:eek:) and very painful :(

    Plan for today:

B - kiwi, banana, blueberries, green and black grapes and a vanilla muller lite
L - Veggie pastie made with a GF wrap, a few LO SW chips, beans (HEA & HEB)
D - Sweet Chilli Chicken stir fry (2 syns for sauce and 2 syns for rice noodles)

Snacks - muller lite, apple, carrot sticks

I've chucked the last GF mince pie today to remove the temptation as I had 2 yesterday when feeling unwell. :(
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75

SSM - Came across this when doing a little virtual window shopping ...any good?https://www.kaleidoscope.co.uk/products/patrizia-dini-trouser-suit/_/A-113526_8?searchResults=true&cs_ev=search-_-page1-_-listPosition1-_-none-_-trouser+suit

Must admit I'm having to steel myself against buying going out clothes now when I really need day to day stuff!

Well I didn't go swimming yesterday - we got back late from work & I knew thatI wouldn't go in and change after walking the dog so I compromised - walked the dog back from the park that we take him to so that was about a 3 mile walk all told and actually got up and went swimming this morning.

Does anyone have recommendations for a lasagne that's relatively SW friendly? Really fancying it but have heard missed reviews of the SW one.

Not sure what's on the menu tonight but aim to stay on plan!

That is perfect, they don't have my size in black which would have been ideal for work afterwards. Do to you think beige would be okay? Off to google accessories :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
