Some good losses tonight. Well done to everyone.

    My food today

Breakfast: scrambled egg, smoked salmon, wholemeal toast (HEB)
Lunch: jacket potato baked beans salad
Dinner: half portion chicken biryani and veg curry (8 syns)

    Milk HEA
  • Evening all

Had a real lazy day today with only venturing outside to walk the dog.

Food wise I resisted the Bombay mix hubby munched on & had a defrosted cottage pie with vegetables for tea. Going to try & have a couple of non alcohol days as I know my defences are seriously weakened on the munchie front.

Going swimming tomorrow. I’m blaming the cold for not going but in reality I’m being lazy.

Dusty have you tried the sweetener tablet clicky things for your cuppas? They're still free :)

Another SP day here, only because I slept in and missed breakfast :rotfl: I had planned on having yogurt and fruit. Rest of the day happened to be SP so just went with it. Didn't feel like having two HEB, as I'd usually have either bread or porridge, and my hi-fi bars. Was looking through the book for inspiration and saw that you can have 1 hi-fi bar as a speedy B. So I decided to have 1 for both of my B's. Does anyone know if that's okay to do?

Question about tomorrow's food plan. Not sure yet if it will be SP or EE, but I have Loughnanes skinny jumbo pork sausages for my dinner. They're 1 syn each. Would they count as a P if I decide to go SP for the day? There's over 10g of protein per sausage.
I don't think any sausages can be genuinely counted as a P food. It's a bit like I posted before, you'd still be close to SP but not 100% so best not to have the extra HEB. I think of SP as a low carb version of SW so you'd still be doing well despite the bit of cereal in sausages. Hope that makes sense.
  • Morning, morning, morning!

Delighted to report a loss of 4lb this week. Really pleased; another pound and I award myself my half stone certificate. Plan for today:

    B - Overnight oats
L - Crustless quiche made with onions, peppers, leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes and ham with salad leaves and beetroot
D - Cola chicken with plain boiled rice and I'll probably add some broccoli and peas
    S - Fruit

Early start today as my bike has died a death so I have to get the bus. Have a great day everyone.

    - 2lb for me this week. Only 1lb to go before I have my first stone off. I'd hoped that I might get there by today but am still happy with 2
