Okay, bad few days of having no control over what went in to my body, via mouth and tubes, and weigh in tomorrow and expecting a gain.

Got 2 days to try and minimise the damage. On the good side, I don't have the energy to go buy anything bad, but on the downside, I don't have the energy to spend ages making stuff.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - porridge and fruit
    Lunch - pasta salad
Dinner - Not sure yet, but mince

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
    Syns - salad dressing (1)
    Zebras rock

    Morning all
    -2lbs please
1.5lbs to go for my 3 stone bling and just 1 stone 8.5lbs to target! I have 14 weeks to lose 22.5lbs, however I do have a holiday looming so I’m saying 13 weeks :D
Sorry I’ve not been about this week, been laid low with a nasty cold. Normal service will be resumed shortly xx

Well done everyone on the great losses this week. My first weigh in will be Wednesday and if I stay the same I will be pleased TBH. ToTM for me this week and I look and feel like a barrage balloon.

Saturday was a right off, I just didn't eat proper meals or very much. I did only drink water in the cinema though :) Yesterday was better but had promised DS enchiladas for tea which are synful and had a couple of chocs.

I did an exercise class for an hour on Saturday and walked the dog for an hour on Sunday. I am still stiff from the class today!

Today I will be off plan as I have a small portion of enchiladas for lunch to eat up and am having too many carbs.

B - GF cereal, splash of skimmed milk
Snack - kiwi, grape, blueberries, melon, banana and vanilla muller lite
L - L/O enchiladas, lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber
Snack - Apple, another muller lite
D - Veggie pastie (made with a GF wrap), mushy peas, SW chips

I find I eat much better when I try to stick to plan even when I go over my syns. I eat lots more fruit and veg and have proper meals. I am terrible for missing meals and living on tea and snacks if I am not focussed on what I eat.

I found a tip on line about cooking pudding rice and then adding it to a muller lite to make them more filling and I am going to try this later in the week.

Could anyone advise if rice noodles are free?
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75

Plain, dried rice noodles are free. If you buy them made up then they vary with the recipe.:)

Not quite sure what's happening today. We're out at teatime but may eat early before we go. Although he means well I don't want DH suggesting we eat out tonight although I may have to have a drink.;) So I'll write the plan and hope I can stick to it. I've got just 12.5 syns to last until Wednesday. That's not a problem for the food I cook myself so hope I can control it.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO beef, veg and pickles
D: HM pork burger, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions, maybe more green stuff (broccoli, peas, mange tout)
    Syns: tbc
  • After my 2nd WI I am STS for this week. Thought that might happen as have had a lot of social outings this week (continuing until the end of next week too). Sigh. I suppose it could've been worse. I've stuck with all the planned exercise too but still a tad disappointed.

Happy with that as with being confined to the house I haven't been in work,so no walking, lifting bending an stretching.

Good to hear that you are out and about Kathrynha.Hope things get sorted soon.

  • Hello everyone,
Well done on all the losses and STS. Ended up having a shocker of a day syns wise on Saturday. Anyway, it's in the past - onwards and downwards! I was straight back on plan on Sunday but I need to get out of the habit of a synful Saturday.
    Plan for today is:
    B: Overnight oats (HEB)
    L: Tuna pasta salad
D: Chicken saag from freezer. Batch cooking that I froze will run out this week so I need to do loads of cooking this weekend to stay on track.
    Have a good day x

Well done MrsR, nicki and lioness and I love tea and anyone else I've missed off

Been on the scales and am happy with

    sts

To say the week I had food wise it's fair enough. But had a bit of a stomach bug last 2 days so might be a reason.

Other than going out for a few drinks Saturday this week hopefully won't be too bad

    Today

Breakfast - an apple (didn't feel like much)
Dinner - sausages (Richmond thin so I think it's 4.5 syns), gravy (4 syns I think) and mixed vegetables
Tea - might have my weetabix with fruit and milk for my hexa and b as I'm a bit weary of my stomach

Well done tho folks, 1/5 of the way through after 2 weeks ain't bad going at all :)
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:
  • Thanks Kathrynha for the chart - the effort you put in is well appreciated. Well done Caterina and all the other losers.

Looks like I've got a mountain to climb lol

Just a quick heads up - it looks like the WW wraps are under investigation so who's betting that they will become the next target on the SW hit list.
