I'm just doing my roasties in my Actifry as I read this. It's actually my second one as I wore the first one out. I think they are pretty good to be honest - chips and roasties come out more golden and crisp than they do when they are baked in the oven with only a tiny amount of oil.

I find if a gadget isn't out and really handy, you don't tend to use them much.

That's been my concern too but I'm really interested to hear how people use them.:)

Your quiche looks great bubbs. Would you mind posting the recipe, especially quantities of ingredients and the size of dish you bake it in? Mine always turn out more like omelettes or hash.:oTasty but not as beautiful as yours look.

Thanks bubbs .I think I'm probably too mean with the eggs. I generally just make it for my lunch and snacking so I'm reluctant to use so many eggs as it's not a 'proper meal '. Not very logical thinking. :o
