Okay, back to work today, so back in to routine, and weigh in tonight. Had started last week so full of good intentions, but life got in the way, so tonights weigh in won't be the start to the year I hoped for, but can't do owt about it now.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - porridge and fruit
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - noodles

    HA - milk
    HB - oats
    Syns - salad dressing (1)

Same here. Just need to find the charger first though :)

Welcome. If you let me know what you want to lose by 4th March I will add you to the spreadsheet.

Thanks :-) I think 16lb in 8 weeks is realistic.

    A nice 2lb a week. Definitely achievable.

  • Hi everyone. Happy new year.
I was on plan yesterday and intend to be today too.
My plan for today is :-
    He a bob milk
    He b ryvita rye cakes
    B banana and yogurt
L rye cakes, cottage cheese, cherry toms, beetroot and pickled jalapeños
D sweet and sour chicken (3) (with extra water chestnuts and peppers) with rice.
Syns/snacks satsumas, strawbs maybe a hifi bar

I feel really bloated today so I'm also going to try and replace some of my hot drinks with boiled water.
I'll be in Tenerife 7 weeks today and I really want to get back to the bottom of target range by then (I'm on a grace week this week)
Keep posting your menus and pics cos they really inspire me.

Well done Caterina & ChrisV on being joint SOTW!

Well under syns yesterday even with having a roast beef sandwich in the evening as felt hungry. I ate a decent size dinner so no idea why I felt so hungry a couple of hours later! Total yesterday 13 syns.

Today's plan will hopefully be low syn (but we shall see!):

    B - baked almond oats - HEB + 1.5 (flaked almonds)
L - LO veggie soup (the final portion - seems to have lasted ages!)
    D - Spanish rice with chicken & chorizo 2.5 syns (12.5g chorizo)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - oats
    Syns - flaked almonds 1.5; chorizo 2.5

Made the baked oats as 2 muffin sized portions. Only had one for breakfast with some yoghurt; will have the other one later.

Like the sound of the almond oats. Can you please let me have recipe?

    And what does LO mean?
