There's been a few snow showers this morning but looks as though it's finally stopped. Now got lovely blue skies but it's freezing still!
Congratulations to Nicki & Lioness on being joint SOTW.
Unfortunately my meds haven't really kicked in yet - they usually do within 48 hours but hopefully they will soon.
Having a Green day today:
B - slice of toast with light spreadable butter & marmalade - 0.5 HEB1 +1.5 for butter and 2 for marmalade
L - HM 2 pea soup (made with both split peas & frozen peas). Was a bit thicker than usual today but was OK; slice bread (0.5 HEB1)
D - jacket potato; butter 1.5; 30g cheese (HEA2). Might have beans if feeling hungry but haven't been lately
Have made some jelly today but not sure it will be set by dinner but if it is may have some for 0.5.
HEA1 - 1% milk
HEA2 - 30g cheese
HEB1 - bread
HEB2 - ? Not sure if I'll need it but if I do I've got some Alpen Lights; dried apricots or nuts I can have
Syns - butter 3; marmalade 2

I am a Top Mummy to two now.
The lovely Libby, aka Top Baby was born on 24th January weighing 7lb 11oz. She is fine, I've had a few problems but nothing major and I'm just about over it all now.
Been hovering around plan, but to be completely honest, sometimes I've been too tired or crappy and the takeaway menu or biscuit barrel have won. I'm still 7lb lighter than when I fell pregnant though. Lost 19lb in two days
Hope you're all losing well and keeping well. I want to get back on it properly after my 6 week check, so I think 12th March will be my start date. I'd like about a stone and a half off by Top Bloke's sister's wedding on 15th July.0 -

Arr glad it's all going well. A few have wondered how you've been going on but I looked on your profile and it said you'd not been online for several weeks. That won't be far off next challenge too:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

the garage still needs sorting:eek:
You of all people should remember because it reminds me ofSorry been absent. Been rather busy with hospital stuff for me and my daughter, and then spent the weekend doing stuff at home with my daughter to keep her entertained.
Another week of working from home, in order to get my daughter to and from school. Hoping we don't get the forecast amount of snow, as snow and crutches dont go together too well, and the trip to school is up a steepish hill, so not great for me driving either
Not sure whether to weigh in tomorrow as normal, or tonight. Prefer tomorrow but obviously weather forecast aint great, but then the last few times it has been forecat to be bad, it really wasn't in the end.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - HM pot noodle
Dinner - chicken tikka
HA - milk
HB - oats
Syns - cranberry juice (2.5), miso (0.5)
Don't say sorry , was just worried you was ill, hope your DD is getting on ok x

Apologies for not being up to date with the thread as I've been away on a break to Whitby. We had been hoping to stay a bit longer but the predicted weather forecast meant we made a last minute decision to travel back yesterday before the snows arrive.
I've had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and it looks like I've put on 3lb while away :-(. Rather annoying as I've been mainly sticking to plan, although I did have a fish supper and a couple of cakes. Still, I have five days left to be good before my official weigh in on Saturday so I'm hoping I can pull it back to at least a STS by then.
Not entirely sure what I'm going to be having today as I've not done a shop or a plan yet.:j
