Ah STS for me this week, sigh.
Still, could've been worse. Have been totally sticking to plan so hopefully in for a loss next week...
I thought I might have lost something this week as I had my long, waist-length hair cut to chin-length  but apparently my hair doesn't weigh anything :rotfl:
Hoping that the time of the month might be hiding a small loss as really have been very good with the plan and Speed etc... Will see next week! :A0 -

Hoping Kathryn is ok, not seen her for a few days
tweets i have remembered when your birthday is;)
Sorry been absent. Been rather busy with hospital stuff for me and my daughter, and then spent the weekend doing stuff at home with my daughter to keep her entertained.
Another week of working from home, in order to get my daughter to and from school. Hoping we don't get the forecast amount of snow, as snow and crutches dont go together too well, and the trip to school is up a steepish hill, so not great for me driving either
Not sure whether to weigh in tomorrow as normal, or tonight. Prefer tomorrow but obviously weather forecast aint great, but then the last few times it has been forecat to be bad, it really wasn't in the end.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - HM pot noodle
Dinner - chicken tikka
HA - milk
HB - oats
Syns - cranberry juice (2.5), miso (0.5)Zebras rock0 -
And welcome back Tete. Missed youZebras rock0

Been on the scales and am delighted with (but to be fair it's the 2lbs put in last week too)
-3.5lbs
I'm now 1 lbs off 4 stone loss. God knows what they think in tesco when I got off the scales and was jogging to myself lol. I ate all the syns earlier in the week, did have a cheesecake other day too, but didn't go to the pub Wednesday, so might have equalled out. I did go swimming twice (including swimming 2.3km yesterday), rollerskating and to my Aqua class Tuesday which has helped.
So this week I'm going greyhound racing (having a meal there. Was tempted by the curry but might second look over it) for my friends birthday. Plus Sunday heading to Yorkshire to catch up with some friends as it's the lil ones christening, so won't be weighing until Tuesday next week I recogn. So will need to try and take odd bits with me but will be staying in a hotel Sunday too. Will be interesting as I haven't seen them since November and they said I'd lost a bit then. Folk I see quite regularly are starting to notice too which is nice.
I can't wait til I get it all off mind as I'm going to include at the end 'at least now I might not need to sit in the middle seat to even the weight out' after one of the blokes at darts said it not long back. It's kept me on task to be fair.
Thank you to Katheryna for doing the chart by the way. Hope your daughter is feeling better with her leg. I remember 8 years ago I broke my leg and bought a wii as I was that bored, not the best of ideas lol.
Well done losers, some impressive losses. Keep going sts and gainers. As Roman keating song goes 'life is a roller coaster we've got to ride it', you'll prob get a good loss this week as a result:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

And welcome back Tete. Missed you
ThanksBeen thinking of you often, how are things? Are you still on that restrictive diet?
Well done on an excellent loss Dawyldthing! What you said about a certain seat reminded me that the last time I went to the cinema and got on a train, my bum was touching the sides for the first time ever. Would be nice not to have that happen again.
Am stuffed from my breakfast. I think the key is to remember how much you can eat on SW and make the most of it.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

I am now cancer free. Still recovering though. Gradually reducing pain relief as my body has got addicted to them. Once I am off them I will be able to lose the line in my arm. Kidneys have quite a bit of recovering to do to. Hopefully I will be fully back to normal, and able to introduce foods back in to my diet by around May.
Got lots and lots of hospital appointments still. There at least once a week for various tests, seeing different consultants and monthly scans.
Now just got injured kid to deal with too. Damaged her knee at football last week.Zebras rock0 -

Oh that's wonderful! I've shed a little tear. Fantastic news.
Re the painkillers, hope you look in better shape than Billy on Corrie at any rate
And as for your daughter, I've always said sport is bad for you.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Thanks for the chart kathrynha, and congratulations to Nicki and Lioness Twinkletoes for SOTW
Apologies for not being up to date with the thread as I've been away on a break to Whitby. We had been hoping to stay a bit longer but the predicted weather forecast meant we made a last minute decision to travel back yesterday before the snows arrive.
I've had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and it looks like I've put on 3lb while away :-(. Rather annoying as I've been mainly sticking to plan, although I did have a fish supper and a couple of cakes. Still, I have five days left to be good before my official weigh in on Saturday so I'm hoping I can pull it back to at least a STS by then.
Not entirely sure what I'm going to be having today as I've not done a shop or a plan yet.0
