Well done on the loss. We don't fly until 9th June so I've got some time yet. I really want to lose another 28lb (ambitious, I know) and have scheduled the clothes shopping for the week before!

We go a couple of days before you. I'm doing the same but hoping for 18lbs loss by then as then I'd have lost 5 stone in 48 weeks I think it is
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

    Afternoon all
Just got back from Ikea- aka hell :D
OH wanted a kitchen bin so we agreed to go this weekend as I wanted another one of those marble pans. I love the one I bought there when we last went in October and use it a lot so I wanted a back up. But of course it’s not as simple as going into Ikea, selecting what you came for, heading straight to the checkout to pay and then going straight back to the car :rotfl: Got the said bin and pan alright, but also came out with a washing up brush, a metal cutlery pot, 2 small Kilner type jars for my overnight oats and one of those large blue canvas bags :rotfl: God knows how my willpower held as I was desperate for one of their hot dog meals and an ice cream but somehow my willpower held.... had to nip to Boots as well and they had virtually no food left so I went to Subway. So nearly ordered a big fat sub with crisps and a cookie but... pleased to report I had a salad. Which I actually quite enjoyed!
And SSM :D I’m not a chav (really ;)) I don’t wear branded tracksuits, just those American style hoodies and joggers that are everywhere at the moment. I do however love my faux-Juicy Couture Lipsy tracksuit :o
    Today’s menu:
B: Asda Light and Lean sausages (1.5) tinned tomatoes. Decaf coffee with HEXA, HEXB x 2 HiFi bars
L: Subway salad (1.5 for dressing) water, coffee with HEXA. Pear, Light and Free yoghurt.
T: Aldi 5% meatballs (1.5) in passata with extra garlic. Broccoli, green beans, carrots, cauliflower. Raspberries and Halo Top ice cream (4.5) Water
S: 4 Broghies with ham and salad. Decaf tea with HEXA
    Syns: 13
Hope you feel better soon Denise. Hope all is well with everyone xx

Loving all your shopping MrsR including the Victoria's Secret. I think you deserve to spoil yourself and finding your size in there is definitely a NSV.:D

When I go to Ikea I have the gravadlax starters as a snack and one of their hot drinks but it would have been manic in the restaurant today.

Thinking of meatballs :D Could you post what it says on the packaging for the Aldi meatballs and the burgers you have?
They really sound worth the few syns for an easy meal. :)

Ha! Thanks, hopefully I will 'succeed at last' :o
and accessories.... or buy one wonderful outfit that you aim to fit into (very dangerous - but it may work).

I was thinking along these lines too :D

Mrs_R what's wrong with you? I love a bit of Ikea, not hell at all! Though I could eat myself into a coma with those green marzipanny sweets...

Just done my inventory of the freezer and there are 22 ready made meals in there (batch cooked bologneses, stews, etc) and the makings (meat and veg) of about ten more. So I won't be doing any cooking until I've got the freezer emptied a bit (no hardship there!).
