    Welcome back Tete; it's good to see you again.

    Losing 20lb in 12 weeks in definitely doable - good luck with losing the weight and in the mini marathan!

    Bubbs that roast pork looks lovely, I haven't had it in ages because no one else here likes/eats it, same for lambs liver.

    Nikki, shoes, handbags, jewellery, scarves etc will all hit the shopping spot!

    MrsR I don't mind Ikea, especially the free coffee,:money: but I always go in the week and avert my eyes from the hot dog stall at the end.

    Can anyone offer syn help please? Aldis Brooklea light yoghurt, vanilla flavour and orange with chocolate sprinkles - thank you

    Esmy the vanilla one is Free and the orange with choc sprinkles is 1 syn for 165g pot.

    I think they are her tea, coffee and sugar containers.

    Clearly our bubbs is posh... mine are kept in the original containers from the supermarket!

    I get most of the ready cooked meat from butchers and stuff as I'm the same, we don't eat a lot of meat in one go to buy a joint

    Snack: 2 gingernuts (4)
    Dinner: roast pork (so common today, lol), gravy (1), apple sauce (1) roast potatoes, cauliflower, green beans, Hartley!!!8217;s 10 cal raspberry jelly ( ½ )
