We're off to New York in 12 days time. When I started back in November I had in my head that I'd be super slim and stylish by then and able to buy a whole new wardrobe while I was there (I love clothes shopping in NYC). Then in January I had a more realistic target but it was still about half a stone lower than I'm currently at.

I am smaller than I was, no doubt about it, but it would just be a waste to clothes shop while I'm out there as I'm determined that by the summer I will be at least one size smaller than I currently am.

And that means a trip to NY in late Summer - to shop for your winter wardrobe.

    Enjoy.

    Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately I stayed the same at weigh-in on Thursday, However I'm just going to keep going and see how things go this week; and I also lost 3lb last week which I was chuffed with.

    Today's meals
B - small slice of wholemeal bread (healthy extra), fried eggs and spinach (speed), coffee with almond breeze (healthy extra), Muller Light Vanilla with Sharon Fruit.
L - Tesco Pink Slaw (free), Tesco Piri Chicken pieces (approx 1 syn), Tesco sweet potato chips (2 syn), spinach, spring onion (speed); Hi-fi bar double chocolate (3 syn).
D - ? (Going out tonight - will try to make healthy choices!)

Hope you're all having a grand week!

I'm counting 10 syns for my buffet meal last night. It's a very generous estimate. I ate mostly cold meats, salmon, salad and the potato salad I'd made. I had one small falafel but avoided the quiche, the florentines and a very mayo heavy coleslaw. So syns were mainly in some dressings. I have some LO potato salad today but the whole portion (I weighed it) is only 1.5 syns so although I won't eat it all at once I'm allowing for it.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, (half) HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, pepper)with LO potato salad
D: JO roast pork with SW roasties and loads of Speed
Syns: HP sauce 1, Parmesan 1, potato salad 1.5, HM gravy 4, wine???;)

and accessories.... or buy one wonderful outfit that you aim to fit into (very dangerous - but it may work).

Well I have to admit - I have OD on caffeine.

I have gone back to working mad hours over the weekend - several reports wrote, 4 more to do. OH has just brought me green tea - as apparently he knows I have OD... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
