Finally caught up!
I seem to have caught the lurgy from DH and am now on antibiotics again! I only had the last course about 3 weeks ago. I'm sure it's from flying with the recirculated air. Really tired today as didn't sleep much last night with all the coughing and sneezing. Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon.
When I got home last night I went to look in the freezer for something to eat and everything had defrosted! Had to throw it all away so ended up with a ham and cheese toasted sandwich (I'd picked up the sandwich from the hotel snack bar in the morning before leaving for the airport!).
Didn't feel up to shopping so did an online order but couldn't get a delivery today so did a click and collect so I didn't have to traipse around Mr Ts.
Couldn't believe it when I was on the bill that there was no suitable substitute for King Edward potatoes - I really can't believe they had no potatoes in the shop! Ended up popping into Aldi to pick some up and DH said you didn't order any cheese so had to pick that up too.
Will have to fill up the freezer with HM ready meals and buying a few bits each week until it's full again.
Congratulations Mrs R on the job. And on the NSV of size 16-18 PJs.
Well done Beanie on that huge loss! You obviously have been something different recently to get such a good loss.
Today's food (can't really call it a menu plan as didn't have much in until I collected the shopping at 4 o'clock this afternoon)
B - none - didn't fancy anything after coughing and spluttering all night
L - jacket potato; beans
D - pork chop tray bake; splash of gravy
Syns - gravy 1

why must you work harder?Yes, why, I am confused?
I eat within the SW remit, mostly speed/protein, with a small portion of carbs. But I still stick too much in my mouth each day..... I constantly eat..... all day every day unless I am somewhere I am not allowed to eat...... then I still try to eat!:p:p:p

Oh maman, I always fancied a Fiat 500; they are soooo cute. But realistically it is too small to be practical. The garage couldn!!!8217;t give me a courtesy car (usually a Fiesta) until next week, lol, hence the hire car which turned out to be a Qashqai. Once I!!!8217;d got over the shock (mine!!!8217;s a Focus) it was a lovely car to drive.
Well done, Nicki.
TIE, I know exactly where you are coming from. I am the world!!!8217;s worst slimmer. I had a huge gain last week, but I am telling myself that I am still on a downward slope over all, even if it is a very gentle one, otherwise I!!!8217;d just give up altogether. Last night I ended up just having a yogurt for dinner! Still don!!!8217;t think it!!!8217;ll turn things around though.
If you got paid, you could retire!
I remember the term Fitty500. as these cars were always drove my females who were gorgeous.. x
I can vary greatly throughout the same day....:D:D:D glass of water - +0.8 lbs...... wee -0.8 lbs.....poo....... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:100 -
Mrs R........ I am now imagining you as a CHAV.
The best CHAV quote I ever had said to me was when I asked a young male teenager who was 3 stone dripping wet and dressed in his step-fathers XXXL clothes, why he he deemed himself to be a CHAV... his response 'cus I'm hard'.......:I kept a straight face but was rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: inside.100 -
Morning all
Weigh in this morning - pleased to report -2lb. I *think* that's the challenge achieved.
Mrs_R, I am already looking forward to my shopping expedition for my holiday clothes, but I have a while to wait and some more pounds to lose.Sunshinemummy wrote: »The best CHAV quote I ever had said to me was when I asked a young male teenager who was 3 stone dripping wet and dressed in his step-fathers XXXL clothes, why he he deemed himself to be a CHAV... his response 'cus I'm hard'.......:I kept a straight face but was rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: inside.

OH is going  with me, telling me I will be putting weight on when I am there so need to take the size I am now and the next size up..... over my dead body.... I have the intention of eating well and exercising daily which hopefully will allow for alcohol x100 -

It is predominantly veg - including 1 kg of carrots a day!

I am going to try to just eat at meal times... and see how it goes.100 -
Morning all
I’ve not been around much - not even lurking - as I’ve been having a bit of a dolls throwing session - hubby has been a complete !!!!! (& now thinks offering to take me out for lunch will sweeten me !) so been in a bad mood since Thursday (did I mention I could hold a grudge?)
WI yesterday saw a -1/2lb which I took & run with as the scales flickered between staying the same & the loss. Still 2lb heavier than I was pre Christmas though
Going to make a chilli this afternoon for tonight’s tea & aim not to have any alcohol for the rest of the week.....0 -
Hopped on the scale again today and was another pound down from yesterday, despite my moaning yesterday.
K could I be -2lb on the chart this week please not -1!0
