Beefs ok, it's protein. More protein we eat and speed we eat the better :)

I think I may have taken this to the limit of SW!

I've got a hearty appetite but I find SW meals so satisfying that I don't snack.:)

I'm out dancing tonight which will be good Body Magic but also supper. It's one of those where everyone takes something for a meal. I'm taking a potato salad which has 4 syns for 8 portions. I know there will be ham and salmon but also salads with dressings. I'm driving so no alcohol syns involved.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast (half), HEA milk for drinks
    L: smoked salmon salad
    D: buffet
    Syns :tbc

    Morning all (just)

WI with a :( gain of 1.2lb :( getting fed up now :(

I was having a good week but hubby was off one day and decided to cook our evening meal which included crinkly oven chips. Couldn’t really say no could I?
Knew I shouldn’t join the challenge, just can’t do it :(:(:(
TIE, you CAN do it, if your head is in the right place, maybe take a break for a week then come back fighting xx

Another 1lb off so provided I don't put anything on between now and the end of the challenge I've met my target for this period :)

Still another 2 stone left to come off however. It feels daunting when I look back to see how long it's taken to lose the first 1.5 stone. I'm glad things are going in the right direction but I've been doing this for 4 months now and I'm not even half way there :(
:T:Twell done, but did you put it on overnight?.......No , so it wont come off overnight and you have done brilliant losing that in 4 months, if its any consultation i lost nearly 3 stone in 14 weeks, took me over 30 weeks to lose less than 2:p

I was going to buy an Acer my second choice then saw HP had new models in Argoose so ordered one.

Mum did ask what I wanted for my 60th  seeing I don't wear jewellery and only thing I could think of was a laptop because my other was refurbished when bought and was annoying me being so slow.

She said originally she would gave me £60 towards it but was joking :)

Tea was lovely I had heard good reviews about chippy it not been opened long and nearer to mums than mine .

DS asked if I wanted to go out for a meal but I said would rather have chippy . You know me I don't like going out rather stay in :D
