    L: Boots Shapers sushi (1) Apple
    Snack when I came in as I was freezing: Leek and potato soup, 7up Free Mojito
    Supper: Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh (1.5) broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans. Raspberries and Halo Top ice cream (4.5 syns) Alpro choc soya drink (HEXA +1.5)
    S: Crisps (4.5) 2 Broghies and Chicken chunks (2)
    Syns: 15
