    Fabulous news Kathrynha and Topgirl.

I haven't been SOTW before so quite chuffed by that! Though some great losses posted today so no chance of making it two weeks in a row.

    Breakfast: porridge (HEA and HEB)
Lunch: Paneer and cauliflower curry (3 syns)
Snack: apple and almonds (6 syns)

I really really want poached eggs on toast for tea tonight but I've used my HEB already. Feels mad that quite a healthy meal should be off limits though. If I only have one slice of toast though I'd squeak in at 15 syns for the day.

Meal at the pub was tasty. There was a great selection of roasted veg so no problems having enough Speed. I'm going to allow an arbitrary 5 syns for the sauce and 3 for the G&T that I had to go with it.:D

Glad you enjoyed your meal Maman. I love roasted veg - you've probably noticed I have them quite often!

    Congratulation Topgirl and family!

Well done Slimmers of the Week and thanks for the chart Kathryn. Some great losses coming in.

Well, I've just worked out the syns in a small piece of cake I had tonight - 276 calories so 14 syns!! My choir is a very bad influence..... so I'm over syns today, with others for HM parsley sauce (Bubbs is also a bad influence):rotfl: Otherwise I've been very good.

    Todays food (other than cake)
    B Alpen light and banana
L JP salad and cottage cheese, yoghurt, apple
D Haddock in parsley sauce mash and various green veg

    Tomorrow
    B Fruit and yoghurt
L HM veg soup, small wholemeal roll with chicken and salad
D Pub meal out, weather permitting. I've preordered the gammon, if they can't substitute JP for chips I'll not have them. That's the plan, at any rate.
