    Evening all
Welcome, GAF and well done on your first weeks loss :)
I caught sight of myself in a mirror today and I was actually shocked at the difference in me, I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing!
Unintended SP day today but I’m putting up with it so I can have my second HEXB of Alpen Light Salted Caramel bars with 100mls of Oppo Salted Caramel ice cream while watching the Celebrity Big Brother final tonight!
B: HEXB 1 bran flakes with part HEXA and blueberries; decaf coffee with HEXA
L: Speedy tomato soup, apple, water
T: Bolognaise (made with Quorn mince, onions, mushrooms, peppers, fresh garlic and passata with a dash of Worcestershire sauce) on a bed of cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. Water
S: HEXB 2, Alpen Light bars with 100ml Oppo Ice cream (4 syns) handful of strawberries. Budweiser Prohibition alcohol free (3.5)
    Syns: 7.5
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I can’t believe it myself! Last time I only got to I think it was about 2 stone 4.5 before I called target so I’ve never had the 3 stone award before. My four stone will be the last award before target so I’m aiming for that at the start of April which will be 6lbs from target and 3 weeks before my awards night. Not going to stress about not being at target for awards night- if I have my 4 stone award I will be happy :)
    Love to you all xxx

I am shocked too at myself, hubby calls me skinny!! i am far from it:rotfl::rotfl: I have told him he dont need to lose anymore but he is adamant he wants to be 32 waist, he was 38 and now 34 but his legs are skinny and he is 53 this year he will look scrawny if he loses any more.
    Well done on your award:T:T

  • Well done to the losers and welcome to GAF. Odd day today; I've had a nasty headache all day and have been feeling a bit down in the dumps. It feels like I've eaten a lot....

B - Fresh fruit salad (nectarine (side note to Asda, your idea of ready to eat and mine are very different!), pear, raspberries and a banana with FF Greek yoghurt and tablespoon of honey (2.))
L - M&S Count on Us prawn risotto (any one got any idea how many syns?)
D - Two M&S skinny sausages (2) with oven roasted peppers, onions and potato wedges on a bed of cabbage, broccoli and peas

Snacks - I made baked oats with apple and had it with maple syrup (4)

I'm fairly sure I've gone over again today but consider it a win that I've not eaten ALL the chocolate in the house.

    Evening all.

Change of plan today - was out longer than expected this morning so had the soup with a couple of crispbreads, a babybel light and an orange at about 3pm, then did the Tom Kerridge turkey and courgette burgers for tea with salad and HM coleslaw (no bread). I won't be making them again as I found them a bit tasteless. To make up for that I've just had a Twirl, so 4 syns over for the day. I'll get these back over the week.

Bubbs your tea looks just like mine yesterday apart from the beetroot, which I hate. It got served with every school dinner till I went to secondary school and we were made to clear the plate!

    Hi everyone,

Newbie here and got to say I am hugely impressed with your losses!

I started sw last week and first weigh in last night lost 6lbs, very pleased with that!

If you don't mind me asking though I could do with some evening meal inspiration if you have any favourites? Nothing too taxing though I'm not a brilliant cook...I'm going to try to get some time over the weekend to read back through the thread as I've noticed a lot of you post your meal plans so that may help me as well.

    GReat loss :)

With what you have put there you are still within syns- the M&S meal is 5.5 which I’ve counted up with your other syns to make 13.5 :)
