:T to poohsticks and lightbulb on your losses.

Good to see you having breakfast again poohsticks. Would you normally list your syns? I know there are 1.5 in an Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh and kippers generally have some too. We share a pack of Sainsbury's boil in the bag so 1.5 syns each. Syns online says that Aldi Scottish kippers are free but they don't have them at my store. Maybe they sell them in Scotland??

I'm going to do my food shop later so I'll leave my menu until I'm sure what we're having. Had rather a lot of wine syns last night so it'll be the G&T diet for me today too denise.;) DH cooked my breakfast without Speed too (fried eggs on toast) but that was because we didn't have any mushrooms or tomatoes left. The cupboard is bare (and the fridge).:D

I have Youngs frozen kippers which are apparently 4 syns a pack - presumably because they include a knob of butter in the bag (although I drain the butter off after cooking). (my OH doesn't like them so I have the whole pack of two fillets myself). Plus the 1.5 syns for the curry makes 5.5 in total - and for several days I've been promising myself a kit-kat (5.5) if I lost this week - so 11 planned in total for the day.

It's coming up in a lot of posts on other threads; I think it's a glitch on MSE.

Or maybe it's secret code :D

I think it's a glitch that is currently happening if you are posting from an ipad - whenever you put a single quote it comes out as !!!8217; instead

That shredded beetroot was delicious, not cheap though £1 for a small tub from tesco, sweet and smoky

This is cheaper and just beetroot, no dressing :j

Bit on edge as son has gone to London for the weekend. Not a great start as his mate was late so they missed the train and had to get more tickets. Then they misheard the tannoy on the train so got off at the wrong station . Last I heard they were now on the right bus into London :T. Not helping my anxiety though :p

Six nations started so rugby bore here :rotfl: Watching Wales v Scotland but not bothered who wins :D oh but Johnno is on the commentary panel :heartsmil

Have a good weekend all, countdown to half term starts Monday :D
