I thought of you when I read this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-42749833
Sorted out my food shop so can now post my menu.
EE plan:

Just read that and the one with the 8yr old could have been me.
I’ve had a good week but my job share and another TA got the violent end to the week.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

It is dire.
A good friend does this & I know of no other profession in which this would be acceptable.
To go to work and know that you are going to be bitten, scratched, hit & kicked and whatever else is in my eyes just so unacceptable.:mad::mad:I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Haven't posted for a few days as was feeling a bit disillusioned because my weight seemed to have stalled. I've been upping my exercise, drinking more water and trying to make all my food choices healthy ones. As of yesterday the scales were staying stubbornly unmoving but when I jumped on today with no great expectations I was -2lbs.0

:Tssm. It's a loss!Haven't posted for a few days as was feeling a bit disillusioned because my weight seemed to have stalled. I've been upping my exercise, drinking more water and trying to make all my food choices healthy ones. As of yesterday the scales were staying stubbornly unmoving but when I jumped on today with no great expectations I was -2lbs.
I think it's always better to stay in touch with the thread even if you don't think you're losing. I know it's hard for some people not to check daily but there really are natural fluctuations across a week, even across a day that we wouldn't normally notice. It can be depressing if it's not going the right way.As I told you all last weekend DH is now doing SW properly and at his WI this morning he'd lost 6lb, jammy b*gger!really not fair at all! I bet he's delighted though.:)
Well done for staying within the 15 syns MrsR.:T
