Maman -I tihink he's pleased but all he said was "I've still got another 8lb to lose" - no pleasing some people!
Change of plan for lunch, decided I didn't fancy tuna sandwich so had a couple of crackers spread with quark, topped with ham & cucumber plus some carrot sticks and pickled onions - really enjoyed it too!

Afternoon everyone.
Finished yesterday just on 15 syns, including the cheese on pizza and a gin and tonic so none recovered from the previous day. Oddly the turkey burger was nicer cold??
Todays menu:
B Bran flakes berries 0% yoghurt and honey
L Braised brisket (cooked in SC yesterday) loads of veg, SW roasties and 1 small yorkie - no syns for gravy as I skimmed and reduced the oxo gravy used in the SC.
D Something salady!0 -
Afternoon all.
Well I didn’t think I’d lose anything yesterday but wi at -1 lb so at least it’s going in the right direction.
Had a lovely chat with the consultant afterwards which made me feel better.
Having a quiet day on the food front today (just had homemade cottage pie, forgoing the apple pie & ice cream for a hifi bar) as I rather overindulged yesterday on the alcohol front & the stomach is rather delicate.0 -

Obviously still a glitch with apostrophies using an IPad TIE, even if it is a different number, LOL! Now I know what it is for it's easy enough to still read the posts.

Afternoon everyone, hope you're all well!
It was my birthday last week and I went for a buffet meal which has chinese, indian, italian and loads of other stuff. Going for a buffet meal is fatal for me, as I eat everything in sight!
I had a gain of 1.5lb at group yesterday.
Need to get back on it and get those extra few lbs off.
Am excited as we've ordered a new kitchen and I have the kitchen fitter coming tomorrow to do a survey and agree what I want doing.
I am going to ask my Mom if she will buy me a new cooker (I have a plan B if she says no).
Here is the link to what I'm having (my kitchen is not massive though like the pictures, it's a galley type). It's the Sofia in cream.

Probably won't be getting it done until about April time, but it will soon come round.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend all. xStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
Haven't posted for a few days as was feeling a bit disillusioned because my weight seemed to have stalled. I've been upping my exercise, drinking more water and trying to make all my food choices healthy ones. As of yesterday the scales were staying stubbornly unmoving but when I jumped on today with no great expectations I was -2lbs.
I have found I stall around my hormone cycle. James Smith the personal trainer on the internet does a little talk about this and the reasons why... have a look. It helped make sense of why I stop loosing, then have a good loss. It also states to weigh yourself at the same point of your cycle.Maman -I tihink he's pleased but all he said was "I've still got another 8lb to lose" - no pleasing some people!
