    Sorted out my food shop so can now post my menu.

    EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk, brown sauce
    L: JP with cottage cheese and beetroot
    D: Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh, mushrooms, SW chips, HM pilau
    Syns: sauce 1, curry 1.5, gin tbc


    ETA: Bought some YS melon slices in Sainsbury's which I'll snack on to up my Speed.

    I understand at last:o. It's when you try to put in an apostrophe with an ipad.


    I thought you meant quote as in quote a post.

    Seem to remember it has 3 pickled onions in it, not tried myself
