Hi all
Just a quick post on the bus home- -1lbfor me this week please- oh and the small matter of my 3 stone award :j
Going to have a Chinese to celebrate (chicken in oyster sauce and plain boiled rice- 6.5 syns and i’ll add a side salad)

As you passed on 20 tablespoons of maple syrup yesterday you should be fine! :rotfl:

I think having spinach as salad leaves is a great idea. It keeps better than other leaves and you can cook it to use it up.

My chicken casserole was delicious and I have enough left over for my lunch tomorrow. :drool::drool::drool:

What did you do this week that was different Beanie - that's an absolutely brilliant loss! Well done.

Have made up a batch of the Tom Kerridge Thai style Butternut squash soup. Supposed to be 4 portions but there is plenty for DH and I for 3 lunches - so one in the fridge for tomorrow and 2 in the freezer for later! It's certainly got a kick! Might even need to add some yoghurt when I eat it but we'll see.
