    So did I!

    Better day today

    Breakfast: no
Lunch: jerk chicken, rice and beans, pineapple coleslaw, banana (2 syns)
Dinner: homemade chicken curry (6), rice

I'm going to have Alpen Light (HEB) before bed and a milky drink for HEA

I've also finished the week just under my weekly syns despite some heavy days though as some were guesstimates who knows!

I think I am. I am eating large quantities of food....I had half pk of quark at breakfast.... a full pack of beetroot and two eggs.....about half a kilo of carrots as snacks, I also had two big bowls of chicken casserole.... which is about 80% speed, I am just unsure of the chicken stock.

I may have fruit and yoghurt later - but I would be forcing myself to eat as I am stuffed.

I have decided that I rather like quark, so when I have ate the yoghurt in the house, I am just going to replace it with quark, as it kept me full for rather a long time.
