Good to have losses VALM and Katie. Well done!:T
Hope you didn't do too much damage with the hospital stay kathrynha but it'll be good to draw a line.:)lightbulb0811 wrote: »I'm still filling in my SAS log so crossing my fingers that this makes a difference in my weight loss.
I've never done an official SAS log but I find that writing down everything that passes my lips really helpful. It's not only useful to review and look for problems but I find if I know I'm going to have to write it down it makes me think twice whether it's worth the syns.lightbulb0811 wrote: »Unfortunately my current consultant is giving up the Saturday class in a few weeks which is a real shame as it's the first class I've been to in a while which isn't a clique, but hopefully the new consultant will be just as good as it makes a real difference to wanting to stay to Image Therapy. Have a good day xI really need to get myself back on track! I was lucky to STS this week. I'm on 20 syns again today and no HEA or HEB
Breakfast none
Lunch sausage and mash peas
Dinner pork chop oven chips green beans
Oh dear, that's not much food so it looks as if you were grazing on syns nicki. Do you know why? Was it because you skipped breakfast?
I'm planning a very low syn day which means plenty left for tomorrow if DH decides to make an enormous bowl of porage!
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes
L: ham, stir fried veg, noodlesbaked salmon, SW chips, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli

1kg of carrots? I feel virtuous if I eat 3...:D although I am currently awaiting a tooth extraction and so a kg would take me all day.
I didn't do as much damage as anticipated- 1lb off :j very happy given the weekend I had.
Well done. I felt like that too - bullet dodged!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've messed up my HEA but never mind. Planned evening meals at weekend and tonight we are having SW Spaghetti Carbonara.
Had mushroom omelette for breakfast with baked beans. Measured out my allowance of milk, poured some in the omelette and drank the rest not accounting for the Parmesan cheese I'll have later.
For lunch I've had half can of Baxters Carrot and Butterbean soup (HEB), chicken drumstick and salad packed with lettuce, spinach, gherkins, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, beetroot and sweet corn.
Will need to have another side salad with tea for more speed.
I think there are 7.5 Syns in the Parmesan. I've had a Subway cappuccino too which I think is 3 Syns.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. A cappuccino for 3 syns seems very low to me. Have you checked the syns? I can't see it on the website.

Afternoon all.
Congratulations MissTeach on SOTW and thanks for the chart Kathryn - hope the transfusion has perked you up. Some great losses for the week there. Those wondering whether going it alone works, I found that it does. I went to group for 12 weeks, lost just short of a stone, then 2 more on my own. There are lots of resources online for syn values, recipes etc and of course the wonderful help from this thread.
I'm going to post my menus here again - it seemed to help me keep on the straight and narrow last time, and writing it in a diary no one sees isn't quite the same!
So today:
HEA Milk in coffee/tea, HEB Bran flakes
B Bran flakes berries 0% fat greek yog and drizzle of honey (1)
L Jacket potato with tuna and salad, LTL mayo (1) Orange
D Speedy quorn chilli and rice
For snack attack later tonight I'm making syn free hummus with veg sticks and a couple of crispbreads to dip in, so 2 syns - if it works it will be a very low syn day for me, which will make up for biscuit eating yesterday.
I have some diced lamb that I need to use up tomorrow - any suggestions welcome. I've thought of a stew or curry so far but I'm a bit uninspired.0 -

L - Chicken salad (leaves, cucumber, peppers, beetroot and tomatoes). Slice of wholemeal bread (HEX. Squirt of half fat salad cream (2 syns)
D - Cajun spiced oven roasted chicken with dirty fries, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn. I've only had two hot drinks with milk but will still syn the cheese (reduced fat) on the fries (3.5)
Snacks - Two finger KitKat (5.5 syns)
Total syns: 110 -

That's what I've found about the noodles I have. They've disappeared! I think a small cappuccino with skimmed milk could be 3 but probably best to allow a bit more to be on the safe side.
Your menu for today looks lush lioness .:drool::drool:0
