I’ve been cursed with a small waist but generous bum so some things are now too loose on the waist whilst fitting or still too tight on the other. I don’t think SW has an answer for that :rotfl:

I'm exactly the same. A total hour glass figure, and the more weight I lose the more hourglass I become. So far I have lost 5cm off my chest, 18cm off my hips and 31cm off my waist.

I tend to wear skirts a lot, and go for an A-line shape which is naturally thinner at the waist, but I do end up attacking most of my clothes with a needle and thread.

Ladies, I am jealous. Even when I was 9 stone 2 lbs, I have never ever had a waist!

Well hubby decided I needed to up my body magic today so we got up early & went walking up the Brecon Beacons......I would say the view was lovely but all I could see was cloud lol. Got battered by the wind as well. No wonder the army go up there to train.

Your OH sounds as bad as mine.... does he shout 'faster faster' hurry up.... as he is running ahead of you!

Yesterday I was really really good - but I also feel like I had a splurge.

    Breakfast

    fresh fruit
    FF Yoghurt
    bacon
    quorn sausage
    poach eggs
    beans
    tomato

    Tea

burger (bread cake, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mushroom, burger, melted cheese and a spoon full of burger relish).
    gin x2.

I think that this should have come in under 15 syns.

  • Thanks Kathrynha for the chart & well done Miss Teach for SOTW.

Maman - no I haven’t mentioned it to the class leader & I must admit I’m afraid to going alone. I don’t use the app much (as I find it very user unfriendly) & very rarely use the website. I don’t hand in food dairies but I’ve bought a little notebook and am logging it in there. I think I just need a couple of good weeks & no doubt I’ll end up renewing the countdown.

SSM - how many carrots do you eat?? No wonder your pee is orange! As for my hubby - he doesn’t actually say that but he gives me the look which says it !

Went swimming tonight & came home to a stir fry so here’s hoping!

I really need to get myself back on track! I was lucky to STS this week. I'm on 20 syns again today and no HEA or HEB

    Breakfast none
    Lunch sausage and mash peas
Dinner pork chop oven chips green beans
  • Congrats on SOTW Miss Teach :j:j:j

Still not feeling right today so haven't eaten much. Some deli chicken this afternoon and one of my homemade burgers this evening. Also had a raspberry doughnut Muller light as I had to pop to the shops earlier and they were on offer. Have to say I wasn't impressed with it. Certainly doesn't taste like a doughnut to me, and it was very heavy I thought. Although that could just be my dodgy stomach at the moment :rotfl:

I'm in two minds about it being worth staying to group. My group is sh*t! But I do enjoy sitting around chatting with the other members before group actually starts. I do get some good ideas and tips from people then. I've tried going it alone, and being an online member before, so I know that doesn't work for me. It's €9 a week here, so I'm certainly not going to pay that just to get weighed! I see it as my little outing for the week :rotfl: I'm not working at the moment so it's nice to get out of the house and meet people. I do wish my consultant was better though. We don't do a raffle, we don't do the SOTW basket, we do do a lot of clapping. It gets dull after awhile, especially with so many people going this time of year.

How far do you swim? I did 2 miles in the hotel pool yesterday - it took ages, my shoulders are killing me today :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    You are gorgeous x

I look like someone has tied a rope around my hips, and below chest and blown up my stomach!

  • Whiplashy- I wasn’t impressed either - much prefer the orange with chocolate sprinkles.

SSW - I swim for an hour so it’s how many lengths I can do in that time ....did 40 tonight so was pleased with that.
