Just butting it to say that I wholeheartedly agree with Duchy. No job is perfect and it's down to the individual as to what benefits they get from it. Me, I find it so bum numbingly tedious at times but after 3.5 years, it's hardly a surprise. However, I'm still there.0

This thread has been very helpful to me the past couple of days and I've learned a lot!
Applied two nights ago and had my group interview earlier today which I think went quite well! Fingers crossed!
One thing I'm not very clear on though is the actually shifts I would be working if I got the job. I know I must be available 4-11 weekdays and 3-11 weekends but are these the actual full shifts? As in I'd work 3 days a week PT? Or are the shifts usually shorter and spread over more days?0 -
As far as I know they now like you to be available at said times so they can move your shifts around according to client needs. If you have specified 3 days a week then they would most likely be full days. But depends on your weekly hours really. I think it will change every week.0

OK thanks. Before I did the interview I was a bit indifferent about this job, I wasn't even sure I wanted a job (I'm a full time student) but now I'm really excited about it! Really want to get it!0

Hi, I just finished an offer call from TT, and i'm a little worried about the credit clearance bit. I have no ccjs but a couple outstanding debts with debt collectors. Just wondering if anybody else had the same problem? I start training shortly and I have to have the clearance completed before I start also I have to return the clearance within 2 days which doesn't give me much time to correct any probs outstanding. Do I get to see the credit check before they do so I can correct it.0
