    Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I was searching for teletech and wondered what had happened to them. I used to work for them but had to stop to be a carer and was looking to return to them.

    Does anyone know who has the contracts now? Or does anyone know of any similar 'work from home' call centre work (apart from arise as I cannot raise the start up costs at the moment)

    Teletech are no more. They lost the contract and the workers were taken over in a tupe to a company called Firstsource. Have been with FS for 1 year.
