Hi all
Had an email from this company to say that they think i would be an ideal candidate for the role of customer service advisor. I emailed them back to ask what hours i would be required to do and did they include Saturday's, not heard anything since last week

Hi Littleminx,
Maybe send them an email through the Hirepoint site, and ask them?
The worst thing that'll happen, is that they'll say no, but they'll probably say yes!
When I worked for them, the minimum weekly hours expected were twenty.
They expect you to also be free at weekends, and I was scheduled to work every Friday evening, but off Saturdays.
It'll probably be a case of the luck of the draw, as to which weekend days they expect you to work, but they will expect you to be flexible.
Good Luck!

Thanks Sim
I have tried to contact them for 2 weeks now to no avail, as i know the training is starting on Monday, no chance now though
The thing is they have contacted me 3 times over the last couple of months inviting me for an interview, yet when i reply i cannot get any further with them.0 -

I'm interested in this job, I currently work in a call centre in belfast and I'm really interested in working from home.
I just don't want to be working every weekend.0 -

Do they give you a headset, phone and anything else needed for the job?0
