  • Hi all

Had an email from this company to say that they think i would be an ideal candidate for the role of customer service advisor. I emailed them back to ask what hours i would be required to do and did they include Saturday's, not heard anything since last week :(

    Hi Littleminx,

Maybe send them an email through the Hirepoint site, and ask them?

The worst thing that'll happen, is that they'll say no, but they'll probably say yes!

When I worked for them, the minimum weekly hours expected were twenty.

They expect you to also be free at weekends, and I was scheduled to work every Friday evening, but off Saturdays.

It'll probably be a case of the luck of the draw, as to which weekend days they expect you to work, but they will expect you to be flexible.

    Good Luck!

    Sim :)
  • Thanks Sim

I have tried to contact them for 2 weeks now to no avail, as i know the training is starting on Monday, no chance now though

The thing is they have contacted me 3 times over the last couple of months inviting me for an interview, yet when i reply i cannot get any further with them.
  • I start training tomorrow, cant wait! :D
  • I'm interested in this job, I currently work in a call centre in belfast and I'm really interested in working from home.

I just don't want to be working every weekend.
  • I start training tomorrow, cant wait! :D

Are you training from home? Or in belfast?
  • Do they give you a headset, phone and anything else needed for the job?
  • Hi, im training from home, they send you a headset with a keypad on it so there is no need for a phone, which call centre do work in in belfast, i worked in one too in belfast and it was hell.
  • Thanks for that. What hours and days do you do?
  • Anyone know if you can work weekdays and not some weekends?
