I used to work for them, and had to leave, TWICE!

Partly my own fault, but it was rather a lot of stress for a paltry wage.

How did you get on?

Hi All,

Anyone still working for these guys? If so, did you have any problems with the workbooth disc, as i can't even get to run a system test! i have brought various items to help along & boost my system, but still keep getting the same msg that there is no network found to do the test, even tho when performing a connection test this is all perfectly fine!!!!!! Please help or advise as i really want to do this job.

I wouldn't bother - i just left, its really stressful for the crap money! - you get no support what so ever - you are basically told to fob customers off who have had no services for weeks, the training is a load of crap too- the stuff covered is totally irrelavent to the calls you take. - dont do it - the managers are all so rude and unhelpful!

it wont let me log into the calendar page with my username and password but it will let me log onto the other page to update profile etc the teletech page! but it wont let me log onto workbooth page anyone else avn these problems?

The @home project ended this spring.

All jobs were Tupe'd over to another of the client's outsource partners.
