Hello all
Been lurking on this thread for a while and finally applied online to Teletech at the weekend and did the interactive test. Heard back today that I should schedule an interview with a TeleTech Human Capital Representative but on following the link the only two interviews available are 4pm this Thursday and Friday, neither of which I can get home in time for due to prior commitments. There are no other dates next week, most of which I can do, does this mean I have missed the boat if I cannot make the interview times offered?
Have scoured back through the threads to see if anyone else has raised this, but as I am in a flap about it I thought I would ask to see if anyone knows whether further interview slots will become available?
First time poster, so apologies if I sound like a muppet, but can anyone help?

I was wondering if anyone knows if teletech are still taking on technical support as had my first telephone interview/presentation last friday and have just received this email :
Thank you for your interest inTeleTech @Home.
The TeleTech@Home Technical Customer Service Agent-00HPN position you interviewed for is no longer available. We value your experience and will contact you via email when a position becomes available.
Again, thank you for your interest and we wish you success in your job search.
As I have gone through older posts and if you haven't been successful they say so.
So can anyone help cos I am really confused and disappointed as I really wanted the job.0 -
Hi all
Can anyone tell me if they will be recruiting again any time soon?
Many thanks0 -
Its possible they are holding off on recruiting till the new year now although I don't know. Tbh I'd still apply if it gives you the option then they'll have your details on file. It may be because they may be revamping the training process, we were reskilled recently (well most of us) so its possible new recruits will be skilled that way instead of the old style way, although again I'm just guessing0

i have a quick question.
I applied for a job and found it was tel tech. I didnt know a thing about this company until i came on this thread. I am glad i found it to be honest. I applied for a job in Belfast, seemed to me it was an office based job not home based, presumably there are both types right?
My main concern is how many hours can i work. Is this full time, 37,5 hours a week or more is possible? Or is it just 4-11pm weekend.
If someone could answer it would be appreciated.0 -

There is a company call centre in Belfast, the applications go through there, but this is an @home job. The hours are 4-11, 7 days a week. Its a minimum of 20 hours but you can work up to 35.0 -
I have worked for Teletech Belfast until recently in an administrative capacity and their Belfast office (quite large with excellent facilities for staff) is based in Duncairn Gardens.
The pay for technical support is pretty basic but something is always better than nothing. However money can be made up by hitting your monthly targets and those on the floor I knew doing this job said the targets were reachable if you worked at them and were pretty good. They made a fair difference to your pay packet.
They were offering a role for English speaking people for evenings and weekends but this was to be based in the Belfast location. I had applied for this myself as it would be a good way to make additional money and they are fairly flexible. The staff are all nice people and fairly understanding but do remember they are an American run company and all of their rules and ways of working are extremely americanised.
As for the At Home positions, I had previously applied for these myself but before I left, I believe they had reached the numbers they needed at that point and that is why the position was withdrawn. All I can suggest is that you keep your eyes peeled the same way that I do and reapply if the position comes up again.
Hope this helps everyone.Debt at DMP start (1st Oct 10) £30,838k. Debt of DMP as of 11th May 12 £12,170k
