Does anybody know when they will be hiring again? I contacted one of the agents on the website but all she could say was they are currently not recruiting in my area (Northern Ireland). I worked there about 2 and a half years ago for a few months but it was the technical support line - I am going to apply for the sales line when they re-open.

The sales project has long been disbanded, although the
@home technical project is still going strong.

There has recently been a large intake of @home agents and at the moment the is no @home vacancies on hirepoint.com, although for those local to Belfast there is still centre based full/part time positions available.

I had asked the Team Leader of the new agents. And he suspects that the recruiting will rebegin the beginning of February. Currently on hold due to lots of training of current staff into new roles and updates to the job.

Hi, does anyone know how much you get paid for working at teletech? I got an email for a phone interview, I'll give them a call tomorrow. Just wondering about the payment.

Hi. As far as I'm aware it is 6 GBP per hour during the first 6 months (?) increasing to 6.20 GBP per hour after.

It's £6/h for the first 3 months of probation then goes up to £6.20/h after that. After the 3 month probation is up that's when your metrics kick in aswell and you can start geting your bonuses too

I agree. I rang them yesterday about the next stage of interview and that is exactly what I was told. I am only looking for it as a secondary job for more income. Because of the shift time on offer, I'm hoping that its going to work for me if can get accepted.
