hi guys im new to the forum.....i have read almost all of the threads on teletech.....i had the two hour first interview on tuesday.....i think it went well....just have to wait upto 3 working days to see if i have made it to the next step.....fingers crossed.....

passed the first interview with with teletech.... have another one on monday which is expected to last 90 mins....

the email also said that training will start on the 29/11/10.

this call on monday i have to ring in and also watch the visual on laptop, is this a conference call does anyone know or is this one on one??


does anyone use a laptop doing the teletech work, i would imagine that i would have to change the resolution as i only have a 15.4 inch screen.

lol Duchy - some of us more than others :P nah hes got another one of what we just did this week so Mark is still needed to do it. I think he then takes over again on the next session.

vision260 - I'm afraid I can't help you on either of those counts, I 'think' its a conference call but I may be wrong, as for the laptop I'm pretty sure other agents use theirs so I don't see it being a problem.

The training has all changed since I started but generally its a conference call. You can use your laptop with no problem as long as you connect with an ethernet cable and it is compatible with the workbooth disc.

It sounds like the group Q&A session there will be a bunch of you on conference call and also in a web based meeting place session where they will show presentations etc.

I use a desktop but have used workbooth a couple of times on my Dell laptop also with a 15.4 screen and it was fine not ideal but usable you could also maybe when you settle down get a external monitor I guess, with regards to the laptop actually running the workbooth CD okey well you just have to try it and if you have problems we can help work around those.

Hi guys,

I'm getting a bit worried :-/

Worked for TeleTech @ Home last year, and have recently applied to go back.

Had the group interview a couple of weeks back, and was offered the job.

Sent in all of my paperwork last Friday, which they received in time for last Monday, when training was *meant* to start.

TT had emailed last Friday, to say that training would be postponed, and that a new amended 'employment agreement' would be sent out to us.

There was a form (I say form.. just spaces to sign and date at the bottom of the email, saying that we accept the new agreed training dates), and it wasn't clear whether or not we were to print it / fill out and email it back

Stupidly, I put it off, and have today got off the phone to HR.

Having emailed them on Wednesday about this form (whether or not it needs posting back), to no avail, I called them this afternoon.

HR told me that they'd had all my paperwork back, and that all they were waiting for was this form in the post.

Re training, apparently my trainer will be emailing me with the 'dial in' details before Monday (still haven't heard!)

Now, I'm not going to make the Post Office before 5pm..

So, I'll have to post it back to TT tomorrow by Special Delivery at a cost of £5.50! :-/

Is this signed acceptance really that important, that it *has* to be back before training on Monday?

I'm probably over - worrying!

If you've already had your online / phone group interview and the one - to - one chat with the TT lady on the phone, then it sounds like next Monday will be your 'offer call'.

They'll tell you about the company, about the job, and will confirm your training dates with you.
