Hi I have read all the posts on teletech and i would really like to do it,
just wondering is any one doing this full time? and does it make you a decent ammount of money?

I do full time, and its quite enjoyable.


Its not fantastic money, but if you are eligible to claim working tax credits as well, it makes up a reasonable wage. Plus your bonus for performance stats. Definitely worth it for the fact you are working from home and its nice and warm and no travelling costs.

Hello all,

Been following the thread for the last few weeks and decided to join as it seems a good place for the TeleTech staff.

I to was meant to begin training today (8th Nov) but it has been moved to next week, I was very annoyed as I'm looking forward to starting.

Anyone like to let us into an insight to the training section, what will we learn, whats tricky? etc.

Hi,
Yes training has been rolled back for new starters because the current staff are being retrained for a different role.

The new role will still have a broadband support element but will be mostly assisting with telephone faults, where before we dealt solely with broadband issues, I couldnt say exactly what the new starters will be doing but this will be made clear when you start your training.
