The way to apply is via hirepoint.com - all the details should be on there

The pay is £6 per hour with the chance to earn bonuses based on performance

  • Hi All,

Just a quick question I have my interview on the 21st Sept and I have looked through all the threads and looks like a job for me and the only question I have is if the phone calls come through the computer I.E through the software for example like Skype or are they directed into your home phone number at your home address?

    Thanks all

Easy going overall, although you do have certain targets to meet while your working. But don't worry they won't drop you in at the deep end, I had 2 weeks training which was good plus another 4 weeks "nesting" afterwards, when your gradually let loose but with plenty of people available to help you should you need it. The only tip I have is remember to book your holiday early and you'll be fine! Good luck with the interview :)

Cannot state this enough!! There have previously been legal proceedings around this. Get it in whist you can.
  • Hi,

just a query, after reading a lot of the thread, i have read that you don't actually find out your schedule/shift until late in training and i just wondered what happens if you do 3 weeks training and then find your shift is just not possible? Or if circumstances change whilst training and some hours you will not be able to do, even though when you started you could do the required hours.

Do you have to resign or will they accomodate your needs?

    Cheers for any help.
  • Hi all Im new to these forums but excited about working for Teletech! I have completed the online accessment, completed the 2 hour group interview and then I have my 'informational offer session' tommorrow at 19:30.
If you get to this stage have you pretty much got the job? when I had the 2 hour group interview the nice woman (Amy) said training would start mid october.

Also how long did it take for them to do your 'informational offer session' do they take references over the phone, or do they send you a form to fill in?

Also do I need to sign in 10 minutes early like I did for the group interview (i.e sign into meeting place, ring up 10 mins before start) because on the email it doesnt mention that but I want to be their on time with no problems.

When I got to the Informational Offer Session, I thought it would be a one-to-one interview, but it was literally my recruiter (Who had the same name ;)) explaining more about the job to me and giving me the chance to ask any questions before formally offering me the job, can't remember how long it took I'm afraid.

They called my references directly over the phone at the time as well, and just to be safe I'd recommend going online a few mins early as it'd give a good impression. Hope this helps + Good luck :)
