Hello. I have loved reading this thread and just spent two hours going through the application process. I am just a wee bit worried. Teletech set up an HUGE office in Glasgow in the late 90's. They answered telephone calls on behalf of lots of organisations. I think the American Embassy was one, but I get muddled up as my office had loads of staff leave to Teletech as they were to be the next big thing in our city! But there were lots of centres opened like TESCO Personal Finance and TSB Phonebank. I worked in them all! The Teletech office closed and then moved to Northern Ireland. (I guess they got regional money to relocate there too!)
The selection process was just like the one ARISE do. Which is fair enough, (although that female caller at the end of the Teletech test was a right witch! LOL.) The thing is, I have googled TT trying to get an ex employees experience and can get nothing!
They cant be that wholesome. I will wait and see what happens with my application. Just a wee bit of me is cautious though!0 -

I actually currently work for Teletech and find the job perfect for my situation.
Someone queried the hours, and unless you get told different when you start its shifts between 4 and 11 weekdays, then 3 and 11 at weekends. When I started you had to work both weekend days although now we're on rolling shifts sometimes you could work both, sometimes neither.
I believe we had a new group start their training earlier this week and I think there's at least one more lot starting in August sometime so I'll keep an eye out for you
Good luck0 -

Help someone! I was due to attend an interview with teletech at 4pm today I was able to access the visual but the numbers I was provided for audio wouldnt work for me. When I dialled the number and gave me the options I picked option one to attend the meeting but when I pressed one it wouldnt respond, it just carried on going through the rest of the options. Did anyone else have this problem? I tried it a few times but it just would not let me pick any option...? I have now contacted teletech and rescheduled for monday but I need to sort the problem!
Any help would be appreciated.0 -
Hi shan123 did you try to attend the meeting 10 minutes after 4pm because the meeting was locked at that time as the recruiter did not want any late comers or you could try another phone.0
