Hope it works ok the next time, go on the 10mins before next time, cause towards 4oclock there were alot of people signing in, maybe it got backed up?????

Hmmm I did the exact same but it didnt even ask for me to enter the id number oh well hope it works on monday! Did the interview go well for you? What shifts are available and did they tell you guys about a possible start date?
  • She said they hope to hav a start date in Aug, but she also said it can be up to 6wks after we hear if we are successful til a start date. The interview itself was fine, i cudnt have done anything diff, so I will hav to wait and see. As for the hours she said we must be willing to work from 4pm and it will be both saturday and sunday :(

Just so you know it wouldn't necessarily always be a saturday and a sunday, they do rolling shifts so you would get a base schedule (for example Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 5-11) and then they may change it depending on your availability and what the project needs. So the following week they may not need you as late on the sunday so you might work 3-9 instead of 5-11, or maybe they'd take you off the sunday all together and you'd be working on monday instead. Something like that - obviously those are just examples :)

when you go live on calls are they many hours available ontop of the minimum required?
  • Is it just me that's finding them hard work to talk to!! I applied online and got offered a telephone interview today or thursday at 4pm, however it's too short notice for me to get someone to watch my kids for 2 hours (they're 2 and 9 months so it's not even like they could sit quietly)

I couldn't find a number, so I used the chat help, who told me to call the States- then gave me a UK number eventually, I called there and left a message but no one has called me back, but I really want to speak to someone- I want to know about the training/shifts/hours etc, to work out if it's actually going to be viable for me to fit round childcare etc, but can't seem to find a way to speak to a "person"- any ideas??
Hoping to get money smart enough to avoid working full time and paying extortionate money to a stranger for the privilege of enjoying my two beautiful children for 40+hrs a week until my son is 3 and my daughter starts school in 2012 :D
