Now Orbit Energy are cold calling and claiming to be able to save customers money on their energy bills; that's impossible because I'm already on the cheapest UK tariff with Outfox The Market (Fix'd 20 9.0)!😂

It's quiet today; has everyone switched to MSE's recommended Pure Planet? It looks expensive to me, even after £54 bill credit and £25 cashback, not to mention the second year or non-existent customer service!

Gerry1, Simply Switch is another comparison website that don't list Outfox The Market because they don't pay commission, I've seen at least half a dozen this year!

Pure Planet charges a monthly membership fee of £8/fuel in place of a daily standing charge, however, when Outfox The Market started with this business model, they only charged £6.99/electricity and £0/gas (similar to today's daily standing charge of £0.11/fuel)!

I've been with Outfox The Market since January 2018, through their brief bad spell and have always had the cheapest tariff of all comparison sites - and I checkl it quite often. Their online Help Assistant is excellent and you always get a transcript of the chat.

I tried to join in 2018, but they didn't accept E7, so I joined the next cheapest Eversmart Energy, which was a disaster because they didn't even send me a bill until this month and I joined Outfox The Market as soon as they accepted multi-rate meters in 2019!

You're missing a trick there - surely you would have been aware of sister company Economy 7 Energy, preferably with magic dust radiators as well?

Economy 7 Energy were more expensive than Eversmart Energy and I always choose the cheapest provider!😂
