Thank for the info, i have checked this and can see OFM has the cheapest standing charge, however on the unit price some other suppliers are lower. In the past normally when checking comparison sites OFM for Fix/Fee and duel energy were the cheapest.

Sartois2020, it's true that Outfox The Market have a poor customer rating of 2.3 out of 5 based on 176 out of date MSE reviews, it's also true that MSE have a poor customer rating of 2.3 out of 5 based on 534 current Trustpilot reviews, but Outfox The Market have an excellent customer rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on 20,575 current Trustpilot reviews!

Sure, that's fine - but this is a review thread, not a debate forum. My experience is that they treated me prettily shabbily and I've taken my business elsewhere.

Sartois2020, the truth is that you overpaid Outfox The Market because you couldn't be bothered to monitor your tariff and you'll overpay everyone, if you can't be bothered to monitor your tariff!

I replied to their email about my DD increase with an explanation of why their estimate for my electricity usage was wrong and, to be fair to OTM, they responded very quickly to say that they would happily reduce the DD again. If they are true to their word then that's pretty good service.

Petriix, Outfox The Market are true to their word because last month I requested a credit refund and was promised it 7 days later, which duly arrived 7 days later!

Outfox The Market are the only energy provider that I haven't taken to the Energy Ombudsman because I can't fault them!

Probably for the best, I imagine a move like that would result in some hostility in the office.
