Clif said:Symbio are currently £408.93 for a standard meter and £422.49 for an E7 meter with my usage and ZOG are £217.53, however, Fix'd 20 9.0 is £606.84 and Fix'd 20 11.0 is £13 more! Are you checking Symbio and ZOG websites because comparison websites are often out of date? You haven’t answered the question about why you are always number one in phone queue when everyone else waits ages.are OUTFOX screening the calls using caller display & discriminating against some customers?0

I'm usually number 1 in the queue because Outfox The Market have 35 staff manning the phones!0

I've just done a comparison on MSE CEC. I could save £9 a year if I switched from OTM to Tonik. However, Tonik has a £60 exit fee where OTM has a zero exit fee.
I wouldn't save any more by changing from duel fuel to two separate suppliers.
But there isn't a one size fits all tariff. Everyone needs to run their own comparisons. And if they are not tied in to contracts, they should do this frequently.0 -

It is irrelevant what your usage is. The charges remain the same. So if seperate fuels come out cheaper for a very low user, then it will be the same case for a high user.
your point about exit charges is correct but I don’t think that can be included because you don’t have to pay it.warm home discount SHOULD be included because that is something you will receive. I note that outfox don’t do warm home discount. Whereas Symbio & Zog DO. So they are even cheaper on spectate fuels.0 -

That's why it is possible for different companies to be cheaper for different people in the same area.2
