i completely agree with you andyca. But can I be absolutely clear. All these accusations are completely false. Hence why they have not been able to bring any action. Contrastingly, a lot of evidence has been collated in relation to a terrible campaign of threats, abuse, bullying and discrimination coming from them. Going back 18 months & still continuing. Literally thousands of items consisting of screenshots, tape recordings, phone calls, contemporaneous notes & chronological diarised evidence etc, has been collected by multiple parties ( not just two people .... more like 20 )
Any involvement of the authorities would be welcomed. Bring it on.
But we live in an open society & no one should be silenced if they are not breaking the law in what they are saying.As it happens, Only last week, admin appear to have removed a homophobic comment from this thread. Screenshots were collected regardless.
The conspiracy theories are completely untrue. This is a forum FOR CUSTOMERS & ex customers. This is NOT a forum for Outfox The Market Staff, friends or relatives.Anyone can read back the previous comments. You will see that there have not been any personal comments against any of them.There have been opinions and suggestions made but never personal. It has only been made personal by them on this tread.Personally, I think it advisable to ignor them and not engage.
I would welcome all IP addresses to be monitored and have suggested this already to MSE. I could go on and on about what they are saying is not true & some of the terrible things they have done to ordinary members of the public like myself, but there is no point.People need to just be aware of who they are dealing with. I've switched to OTM twice over the last couple of years because they were the cheapest, and haven't had any issues. Took a while for the refund on the credit to come through both times, but it seems to with everyone. Their online chat is easy to use, I don't recall ever having to phone them.

recently switch to another supplier as cheaper elsewhere. major problems with final bill and getting large credit back. eStomated readings used despite providing correct ones every month. Told must wait for refund even though credit is about 4 times monthly usage.Direct debit was way higher than usage.All very well advertising unit prices but no point if direct debit is massive.i expect they need the cash.Would not recommend.3

I have been with OutFox The Market for almost 3 years and regularly change my product as the introduce new ones - currently One Green Flex 2.0. I find the meter reading simple to use. They have adjusted down my standing order on request1

Gerry1, this is a refund within 10 working days of a final bill being issued, however, I'm not sure about existing customers? Therefore, as an existing customer, I rang Outfox The Market today (I was number 1 in the queue) to request my credit balance of £200 accumulated since September, due to falling wholesale prices and then I will know!0

this morning I decided to do some more price comparisons.except this time I changed the drop down menu from dual fuel to elec only / gas only.i was shocked to find that on both the individual fuel tariffs, the units were significantly lower than ANY of the dual fuel deals from ANY of the suppliers.the daily standing charges were slightly higher (approx 4 pence per day elec) but this is cancelled out by the Lower 3pence per unit electricity + 1.5pence gas.Symbio was the cheapest for the elec & ZOG for the gas.
My dual fuel spend is £70 per month but by splitting the fuel I save £5 per month !
i only need to use 3 electric units per day and 2 gas to offset the daily charge & start saving. i will be Switching again from my new supplier asap.I searched 6 other postcodes around the country and this was the case for all of them.( though different suppliers) OUTFOX didn’t even appear in any of the results for either gas or elec.Seems like they only want dual fuel customers.anyone wanting to get away from outfox terrible customer service, should try this.i know it is old fashioned but it is going back to the old days when we had two bills.but who cares about that.0
