Well done Ang4k. Bonuses make great OPs as they are extra money, so it makes so much sense to treat your future self with them. I made some good use of bonuses in my OPs too.

    Hi,

#9 reporting £409 overpaid in December.

In addition, our monthly DD has been at £1200 each month this year, compared to the £1169.50ish that is should be (it changes by the odd penny from month to month for some reason), so approximately a further £366 was overpaid this way through the year.

    So let's call December's total £775.

Thanks for your help through the year!
    Original Mortgage (Feb '17) £269,995
    Current Mortgage (End 11/19) £226,790

I don't think there will be any more this year, so I am calling a final OP total of £11,505.16
    Database says £11,515.16

If you're bothered about the £10, let me know what the changes are!

#164 final overpayment for 2018 is £145 which brings my overpayment total to £1555.17/£3200

I am very happy with this seeing as we have jsut remodelled part of the house and had a new kitchen which has cost a total of £25,000.

Next year aiming for a lot more than that. Have a peaceful Christmas one and all, see you over in the 2019 thead.

Got paid a little early because of Christmas, and made our final overpayment this year of £400, so our December total is £5,000. :j

Total OP this year: £13,831.26, which makes me very happy considering we were initially aiming for £7.5k.

    Merry Christmas, everyone :)
