You say iD are bad, which operator is good?
Some are more polite than others (e.g Tesco Mobile)

Final cheque now received from ID / Carphone Warehouse for £20 which was left in my ID account, now closed after 6 Months.

Grand total of £75 now received for this long running sarga.
