Found my benefit decision it say
Weekly benefit award is 93.48
Weekly gross rent is 109.51
A short fall of 16.03
So as I see it I was right paying the 21 a week
You needed to pay £114 per week as agreed in the last court hearing including the weeks when you were not working and before you got your benefit award. Did you pay for the weeks when you were not working and had not yet been awarded benefits or did you just not pay anything for those weeks?0 -
Got advice from shelter who got in contact with a cls direct who took so my details . After trying again today and being told again that no one was avaible dealing with my case in one vision .
The legal advisor then called 1 vision and got contact and with my permission spoke on my behave as of date no warrant is on the system .
Although she said it still may appear on system but as I have made payments and tried to inform them I can go for a suspended order and she will help me deal with this matter if or when a warrant is served .
