  • It doesn't have a date to be executed all it says is one single line :
Pursuant to cpr 83.2 the claimant has permission to issue a warrant for possession of land in this case
    That is all it has

Perhaps upload a picture of what you have received (edited to remove personal details)

Or type out the wording of the letter

    Honestly, no.

This is getting really complicated and the OP needs to get face to face advice.

She needs to take all her paperwork into her local CAB/advice centre as soon as she can. There is no way anyone can get the full story on this forum and advise, accordingly.
  • Found my benefit decision it say
    Weekly benefit award is 93.48
    Weekly gross rent is 109.51
    A short fall of 16.03
So as I see it I was right paying the 21 a week

What the OP needs to do first is TALK TO THE HA.

They are not the enemy. Up to now, putting her head in the sand and assuming it's all going well, and that talking to the HA would be a bad thing, is what's been the enemy. No wonder they think she's not taking it seriously.
  • I have been in contact with them

I agree that she needs to engage with the HA

However, from experience of cases like this, there are likely to be other issues going on too. Just talking to the HA in isolation may not help her overall situation.

So I still believe that she should go to an advice centre, too. They, hopefully, will be able to act on her behalf with the HA. And, if she goes in tomorrow (with the paperwork as I said) they should be advise on her on what to say to the HA (that might be that she is seeking debt advice). They may well have contacts in the HA
  • I have set up a call back for tomorrow from cls direct I found on the government site
  • I can.possibly ask for the warrant to be suspended as I have offered to pay and have increased payment to what one vision have asked for in all honesty it was all just a big confusion with my housing benefit and it's my fault I should not have taken what they said to be paid as such I should have verifies this with one vision although each time I rang no one was available to speak to that was dealing with my case

The amount stayed the same I have not received any statements since my court date except the one I received on the 10th of November. As for my housing benefit I don't know why I am not getting the full amount. I get child benefit. Child tax credit and esa .

Assuming I am looking at the correct HA you can access your account online and view your account balance (among other things). Why didn't you check and make sure that payments were hitting the account and clearing the arrears?
  • I was clearing the arrears the problem.is since I came out of work
