Her rent is £109 per week - £5668 per year (£436 per 4 weeks)
Her HB is £ 4628 per year (£356 per 4 weeks)
Shortfall of £20 per week
Rent plus arrears is £114? That was agreed to be paid after court order. HB is £89 per week. Short fall is £25 per week because there are arrears being paid off by order of the court. She needs to have been paying £89 + £25 to get to the £114 and the two weeks before the HB came through needed to be made up. So that the whole thing balances out at £114 paid every week since ordered by the court.
It sounds to me as if this hasn't happened. It sounds as if the £25 a week shortfall hasn't been paid and the weeks before the housing benefit came through aren't up to date. Plus there was something about an extra £100 a month which I don't know whether it was part of the court order or not.0 -
What date does the paperwork have on it for the warrant to be executed?
That's how long you have but as previously advised there are things you can do in the meantime0 -
