    Just a question for the Pure Planet advisor. I switched end of January using the MSE cheap energy page and wonder if I'm entitled to the £25 Amazon voucher. Many thanks.

    Our Amazon voucher reward scheme is for referring friends and family. If you were referred by an existing PP member they will have shared their referral code with you.

  • Good afternoon. I helped my in laws switch supplier to Pureplanet from an expensive supplier. The switching was faultless & the app is easy to use. Now we have an issue when trying to contact Pureplanet due to the named person on the account has passed.away.
    There is no listed phone number for there customer service centre only a automated chat on the app that is not responding to our issue only telling us to open a new account in the survivors name. This I have tried to do but get stuck at the email details that It wont let me use the original one as it states it's in use.
    This is so frustrating & I know when they try to take a direct debit it will fail.
    Does anyone know a contact number for them?

    Sorry to hear of your loss.
    When you're in WattBot chat in the app, if you ask it to send a message to the team, it'll get picked up by our Member services team.
    It's not a live-chat service, but they will reply.
    I'll flag this up to them, so they're aware and know to look out for it.

    I recently switched giving the first meter readings to Pure Planet 6th March. I decided that I needed to change the email address which PP would use to contact me but I did not have my password. I was advised to message 'the team' using Wattbott but a dialogue box stating problems 'contacting our server' was displayed. PP site does not seem to give the option to reset passwords. I am shut out of the PP site now so cannot log in - including to the community. I don't know where to go from here.
    update: I have now managed to log in on my mobile (by uninstalling Last Pass) and tried wattbott but nothing which I type into the chat window sends
    PP sent me a link so I can log into the site but I've given up trying to change email addresses for now

    Great to hear you've been able to log in on your mobile. :)
    You could try deleting and reinstalling the app. If you type a message to the team you can then let them know the email address you'd like to use and they'll be able to update this for you.

    If you were unable to log in to your app, you could send a WattBot message to the team and, after confirming some information for data protection, they'd also be able to update your email for you at that point.

    To send your messages through to WattBot please also check you have good Wifi or mobile data connection. If you continue to see an error message, let us know what the error says and we can look into this further.

  • I requested a switch (via CheapEnergyClub) and it shows 'switch in progress' but nothing has happened and it's been weeks! I want to cancel the switch but can't find ANY way of contacting PurePlanet. this is the first interaction with this company and it's impossible. I'm not locked into a switch to a company that I can't contact to discuss how to cancel!
