This sounds like a login loop. Each time you try to login and get the security check by email, the previous email's security 'token' is invalid.
Here's what to do: Clear all emails from us. Go to app. Tap on login. Do not follow a link to to your email but instead tap on your phone's home button. Open email app. Pick newest email from us. Should work fine.

Thanks Marc, it worked a treat although not sure how or why.
Grateful if you could advise what happens next, will I get a confirmation email advising me when debits from my account will commence etc?0 -

Hello Marc,
A couple of questions for you. I am very tempted to try Pure Planet for ethical reasons.
Are you expecting engery prices to rise closer to the Brexit date? I am tempted by a 1 year fix to with this in mind, with another provider who offer renewable electricity, but the gas is not offset.
How does the Gas off setting work with Pure Planet?
Many thanks in advance,
Phil0 -

We are currently unable to offer the Warm Home Discount. It's still quite early days for us.
As we grow, we hope to introduce the Warm Home Discount and other similar schemes that help members manage their accounts.

I understand this. Am I able to cancel now? and would I have to pay any fee?0 -

Hi @Phil Melia
Great to hear you're thinking about joining PP :j
We're closely monitoring energy prices. We publish quarterly price updates on our blog.
Re gas off-setting
There's a fair bit of info on our website https://purepla.net/#about-our-business but I can post it here for you and save you a click!
Carbon is an essential element of our planet. However, when fuel such as gas is burned it creates carbon dioxide (CO2) that harms the atmosphere and contributes to global warming.
While we work towards a renewable-only electric future, we offset the carbon generated when you use gas by buying Certified Emissions Reductions (CERs) on your behalf.
CERs Certified Emission Reductions are UN Clean Development Mechanism certified. They commit to reducing overall emissions and increase sustainability. You can read more about them here.
Hope that helps?

I see the DD for Pure Planet varies for summer/winter. Is it possible to pay for what you have actually usedeach month as per your reading instead of a fixed amount? Can't see this information anywhere on the website. Considering switching.Waddle you do eh?0

I have been trying to make a switch to Pure Planet for the past two days. Their website link to activate a quote and download their app has not worked. They have not responded to my email nor to a "complaint" generated on their website. Seriously unimpressed. I have now switched elsewhere. I wonder how much business they are losing this way.0

The Pure Planet tariff is certainly competitive for me and I would consider changing (from Bulb - good service and price to date but now becoming uncompetitive).
But it seems that one has to operate the account via an app, with no laptop/desktop version available. Sorry, but I don't have (or want) a (so-called) smart-phone - so it seems that I am excluded from doing good business with PP.
PP certainly seems to be living on another planet from me!0 -
PP have come up as my cheapest energy supplier but having clicked to go to the website and get a quote I cannot do it as when I put postcode in I cannot select my address to go any further - am using an iPad. Looks like will have to use another supplier!0
